Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, Otti does not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at art@elephantfactory.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will review on a case by case basis.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers once the item has left our hands.
